Eventually they get downloaded sometimes after few days! Restart doesn't fix this behavior either. Internet connection is not a problem since during this period of slow update downloads I can normally download files from microsoft.

I got about 20s of downloads with full speed 20Mbps and after that I get into a download loop that looks like: s of data with 0,Mbps and then a pause of 20s with no data. Everything looks to be OK with update service except this strange slow download pattern!
During these slow update, I ran speedtest. I don't think it's my internet connection since from other websites and even microsoft.
